You'll lead a team of .NET developers building enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack, driving technical strategy and architecture. Your core impact will be translating business goals into scalable, high-performance solutions using modern .NET technologies and Azure cloud. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 .NET developers
• Architect scalable applications using .NET Core/.NET 8+ and C#
• Oversee RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems design
• Manage and optimize SQL Server databases for performance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development on Microsoft technology stack
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and C#
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role
• Advanced SQL Server skills including stored procedures and performance tuning

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker containerization
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus or Event Grid
• Familiarity with Blazor or MAUI
