Description

You will perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and provide after-hours emergency service at an apartment community. Your work helps create a great customer experience.

Requirements

• EPA certification Type II or Universal
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs/ladders
• Work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Provide after-hours emergency service on-call
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Maintain building and property grounds
• Adhere to safety and operating procedures
