As an Overnight Operations Manager at Nabis, you will oversee the nightly fulfillment operations of our central warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while leading a team of 30+ associates. You'll be responsible for hitting KPIs, managing schedules, and communicating cross-functionally to maintain SLAs and streamline processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years warehouse/logistics experience
• 2+ years managing a team of 30+ employees
• High empathy and excellent communication skills
• Superior time management and organization
• Must be 21+, pass background check, able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders
• Track daily volume and manage SLA compliance
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback/training
• Manage large team adherence to SOPs
• Forecast staffing needs and coordinate schedules
