You'll be responsible for accurately pulling and preparing materials for cable assembly work orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail helps minimize downtime and ensures production readiness. This role offers the chance to work with ERP systems and contribute to lean manufacturing practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pull and verify parts and materials based on BOMs and kit lists.
• Ensure kit contents are accurate and properly labeled before release.
• Communicate material shortages or discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of kitted and de-kitted materials.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or production experience.
• Familiarity with bills of materials and kit requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in electronics or cable assembly manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or inventory systems.
