  • Manage office setup, decoration, and daily operations
  • Coordinate mail, packages, supplies, vendors, and facilities
  • Plan and execute semi-annual onboarding cohorts
  • Support annual company offsite and ad hoc events

  • 2-4 years experience in office management, executive assistance, or event coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Prior experience at a tech startup or high-growth company
