You'll be the operational heartbeat of our new San Francisco office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and polished company events. You'll coordinate office logistics and event planning for a high-growth AI company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage office setup, decoration, and daily operations
- Coordinate mail, packages, supplies, vendors, and facilities
- Plan and execute semi-annual onboarding cohorts
- Support annual company offsite and ad hoc events
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in office management, executive assistance, or event coordination
- Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting company offsites or multi-location events
- Prior experience at a tech startup or high-growth company
- Familiarity with Rippling, Slack, Google Workspace, or Notion
