You'll lead special populations programming for multilingual learners, special education, gifted, and intervention services. You'll coach teachers and use data-driven strategies to ensure inclusive, high-quality instruction for all students. This role partners with school leadership to drive equity and achievement in an underserved community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage RTI2 implementation procedures and protocols
• Provide coaching and professional learning for school staff
• Coordinate and analyze student performance data
• Ensure compliance with IDEA timelines and state regulations
• Facilitate IEP meetings and co-facilitate with Rising Specialists

📋 Requirements

• BA from Accredited University
• Special Education Teaching Credential
• 3+ years as a high-performing teacher or leader

✨ Nice to Have

• English as a Second Language K-12 endorsement
• Special Education 461 endorsement
• Relevant experience as reading specialist or supporting EL/MLL students
