You'll coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast-growing AI cloud startup. Your work will directly impact hiring efficiency and candidate experience. You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the process running smoothly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
• Assist recruiters with drafting job descriptions and interview plans
• Support onboarding by relaying recruiting information to admin team

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of client or candidate-facing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
