💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You'll partner with leadership to shape the commercial team and build systems for hiring. Based in Boston with a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A
  • Partner with GTM leadership to define hiring needs and calibrate candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for key GTM functions
  • Iterate on recruiting processes, tools, and scorecards to drive speed and quality

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to run full recruitment process independently
  • Deep familiarity with the Boston GTM talent market
  • Comfort building and improving recruiting processes and tools

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for cloud infrastructure, FinOps, DevOps, or data platform companies
  • Familiarity with technical buyers or sellers
  • Experience contributing to employer brand or scaling initiatives
