💼 About This Role
You'll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You'll partner with leadership to shape the commercial team and build systems for hiring. Based in Boston with a hybrid work model.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A
- Partner with GTM leadership to define hiring needs and calibrate candidate profiles
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for key GTM functions
- Iterate on recruiting processes, tools, and scorecards to drive speed and quality
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to run full recruitment process independently
- Deep familiarity with the Boston GTM talent market
- Comfort building and improving recruiting processes and tools
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for cloud infrastructure, FinOps, DevOps, or data platform companies
- Familiarity with technical buyers or sellers
- Experience contributing to employer brand or scaling initiatives
