💼 About This Role

You'll join LTA Research and Exploration as an Avionics Technician working on systems integration for research flight vehicles. You'll troubleshoot, install, and inspect subsystems, and provide flight operational support to advance revolutionary airships. This is a 6-month contract position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Remove and install avionics electrical components and wire harnesses
• Fabricate, terminate, and test avionics/electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning avionics systems
• Document all work and ensure compliance with safety programs

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of avionics experience
• Experience with electrical wiring harness maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with multimeters, crimpers, and high voltage testers
• Ability to operate man lifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of avionics experience
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
• Experience with cockpit avionics retrofit and high voltage electrical systems
