As a trusted advisor, you'll drive requirements, coordinate across teams, and ensure flawless execution. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand event goals and vision
• Own the Event Support Plan and conduct pre-event testing
• Coordinate with Hardware/IT & Logistics teams for seamless execution
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure flawless event delivery

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in software/hardware implementation or project management
• Ability to travel to events globally (10-15%) with valid passport
• Experience collaborating on process creation for live event execution

• Experience developing and maintaining training materials
• Skill in assisting onboarding new team members and contractors
