💼 About This Role

You'll own customer relationships at major U.S. Forces Korea headquarters, driving product adoption across staff workflows. You'll be the key liaison between users and product engineering, ensuring renewals and expansion of Onebrief's collaborative software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer relationships from users to General/Admiral level
• Drive product adoption to near-100% of staff workflows
• Win annual renewals and expand contracts
• Communicate user needs to product team and excite customers about improvements

📋 Requirements

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• South Korean work authorization or SOFA status
• Proven experience leading operational planning at multi-star headquarters
• Advanced military education such as Command and Staff or Advanced Military Studies
