You'll build and ship AI features end-to-end, from model to user experience. You'll design agent workflows and turn raw model outputs into reliable, structured behaviors. You'll debug production issues across the full stack and optimize for latency and cost.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship AI features end-to-end
• Design and iterate on prompts, tools, memory, and agent workflows
• Debug issues across model, orchestration, infra, and UX
• Develop lightweight evaluation frameworks for real-world performance

📋 Requirements

• Strong foundation in machine learning and modern neural network architectures
• Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models
• Ability to write clean, production-quality code
• Comfort working across abstraction layers from model to infra to product

• Experience with Python and PyTorch/JAX
• Experience with LLMs and inference serving (e.g., vLLM)
• Experience with vector databases
