💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth across LTSE's market ecosystem by expanding the exchange member network and scaling adoption of proprietary data products. You'll own new member acquisition and market data sales, building relationships with broker/dealers and market participants. This role offers the chance to shape industry awareness and represent LTSE at events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own new member acquisition and proprietary market data sales
• Identify, build, and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective member firms
• Proactively engage and convert firms to join LTSE as members
• Partner with Business Development to expand activity with existing members

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience driving enterprise sales to broker/dealers or financial services
• Strong knowledge of U.S. equity market structure and roles of brokers, market makers
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing new business with sophisticated counterparties
• Comfortable operating cross-functionally across business development, marketing, market ops
