You'll join a team of creative technical experts partnering with customers on BrazeAI implementations. You'll drive measurable outcomes by deploying ML models, building data pipelines, and shaping product strategy. This role stands out for its direct customer impact and involvement in cutting-edge reinforcement learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams on use case definition and data integration
• Extend product capabilities by developing reusable data pipelines and APIs
• Work with RL pipeline team to refine reinforcement learning algorithms
• Provide ongoing technical expertise for customer adoption and success

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, or related field
• 3–5+ years hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
• Proficient in Python (Pandas) and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost)
• Skilled in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets

• Master's or PhD in a relevant technical discipline
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles
• DevOps tools experience (Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP)
