You'll join the team at Bigblue, a tech-driven logistics platform for e-commerce brands, and help shape the future of fulfillment. You'll investigate merchant issues, prioritize feedback, and support product launches to ensure a seamless experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate merchant issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Capture and prioritize user feedback for the product roadmap.
• Troubleshoot problems alongside engineers.
• Support product launches with documentation and training.
• Analyze product usage to uncover growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering or business school
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and scopes
• Strong English and French communication skills
• Ability to analyze product data and manipulate databases (SQL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Past experience in a cross-functional role in technology, support, or operations
• Experience with software engineering or software tools (e.g., Postman, Google Cloud logs)
