You'll serve as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize value from our platform throughout their lifecycle. Your core impact will be managing post-sales activity, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with C-suite stakeholders and internal teams to align success metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage post-sales activity for enterprise customers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer C-suite.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and Quarterly Strategic Business Reviews.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues across teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Customer Success Management experience.
  • Experience working within the Travel industry.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
