You'll manage the month-end close process and deliver accurate financial reporting for a high-growth HVAC portfolio company. You'll partner with operations to drive commercial acumen and support decision-making. This role offers exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition and M&A integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and deliver month-end close package and reporting
• Support journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Oversee AP, AR, and general accounting with shared services
• Direct accounts receivable, cash flow, and forecasting activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP
• ERP experience required; D365 preferred
