💼 About This Role

You'll integrate, deploy, and improve autonomous systems in real-world maritime environments, blending software development with field problem-solving. You'll debug and optimize autonomy algorithms based on real-world data, working closely with end-users. This role is critical for making autonomous maritime operations reliable and mission-ready.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and refine software for autonomy, networking, and mission execution.
• Deploy and test ASV software in the field, identifying and resolving issues.
• Analyze performance data from missions to drive software improvements.
• Integrate and validate new autonomy features with sensors and hardware.

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills in C++, Rust, Python, or similar languages.
• Background in robotics, autonomy, or embedded systems.
• Understanding of networking protocols and distributed systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for field deployments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with motion planning and control algorithms.
• Experience with maritime systems or defense technology.
• Knowledge of distributed autonomy architectures.
