Description

In this role, you will own FP&A responsibilities for the Small Drones business line, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will partner cross-functionally to drive strategic decisions and build scalable financial systems, ensuring mission success in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Small Drones financial operating rhythm: monthly close insights, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including target setting and resource allocation
• Develop executive-ready reporting and dashboards for leadership decision-making
• Conduct unit economics and cost structure analysis to improve predictability and efficiency
• Manage headcount planning and workforce analytics, ensuring alignment with financial goals
