You'll lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients and drive retention and growth across a portfolio of high-impact accounts. As Kodex's third CSM, you'll shape the customer journey and build scalable processes. This role offers high ownership in a fast-growing, well-funded startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive post-sales strategy from adoption to renewal
  • Manage implementation timelines and account plans
  • Triage and resolve customer-reported issues
  • Advocate for customer needs within the engineering roadmap

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years customer-facing experience including 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success
  • Experience managing enterprise-level customers
  • Proven track record of delivering customer and business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
