You'll lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients and drive retention and growth across a portfolio of high-impact accounts. As Kodex's third CSM, you'll shape the customer journey and build scalable processes. This role offers high ownership in a fast-growing, well-funded startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive post-sales strategy from adoption to renewal
- Manage implementation timelines and account plans
- Triage and resolve customer-reported issues
- Advocate for customer needs within the engineering roadmap
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years customer-facing experience including 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success
- Experience managing enterprise-level customers
- Proven track record of delivering customer and business outcomes
- Excellent communication and executive presence
