💼 About This Role

You'll join the Billing team, the financial core of RD Station, responsible for the full quote-to-cash flow. You'll scale the system securely and evolve a product from internal to meet growing demands. This role offers end-to-end visibility with frontend alignment using React/JavaScript and backend in Ruby/databases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Implement automated tests (unit, mock, end-to-end) for system robustness.
• Evolve system architecture with best practices, modularity, and documentation.
• Monitor and optimize production system performance using Datadog and Rollbar.

📋 Requirements

• Consolidated experience in Ruby on Rails backend development.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Solid experience with automated tests and software architecture (Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Sidekiq for orchestration and async processing.

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ) and Redis for caching.
