You'll lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units within Cordance's Compliance Division. Your core impact is driving pipeline growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization. This role acts as the key liaison between business units and an external marketing agency.

  • Develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution with external agency and internal teams.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Communicate plans, performance, and insights to stakeholders.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • 2+ years in campaign management.
  • Proven success driving integrated campaigns with measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot (or Marketo/Eloqua), and Google Analytics.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Vertical B2B SaaS experience in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Tech, ERPs, or compliance solutions.
  • Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation best practices.
