You'll partner with enterprise account executives to technically close large deals, combining deep AI and telephony expertise with business acumen. You'll lead technical discovery and customized demonstrations to prove the platform's transformative capabilities. This role offers the chance to shape product roadmap through direct customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer contact center and telephony environments
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations and workshops
• Own execution and success of technical Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
• Capture structured feedback and translate into actionable insights for product teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS pre-sales experience
• Hands-on experience with APIs, complex system integrations, and workflow automation
• Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)
• Strong familiarity with telephony systems (SIP, VoIP, Twilio/Genesys/Avaya)

• Experience with AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering
• Background in contact center operations
