🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end research experiments on AI safety
• Train and fine-tune large transformer models
• Build datasets and benchmarks for evaluation
• Run distributed training and evaluation at scale

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, or related field
• 5+ years of related research experience
• Proficiency in PyTorch and Hugging Face
• Experience with distributed ML training jobs

• Co-authored NLP or RL paper at top conference
• Mentoring experience
