💼 About This Role

You'll own accounting pathways and financial operations for Xona's Montreal-based entity, working with the Operations Manager and California team to scale financial infrastructure for a high-growth navigational intelligence company. You'll ensure compliance and audit readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own accounting pathways from expense capture to close for Canadian entity
• Assist in financial operations including cost accounting and forecasting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with external vendors
• Support month-end and year-end close and audit preparation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in financial operations
• Understanding of GAAP in Canada and the US
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar ERPs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
• Experience with ERP implementation and cost accounting
• Interest in aerospace or technology-driven industries
