💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Age Assurance team at Roblox, building industry-leading systems for safe and age-appropriate access. Your work will directly impact every user globally and shape how Roblox complies with age regulations. You'll drive greenfield projects from 0 to 1 with high visibility across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategy and execution of the Age Assurance roadmap
• Oversee daily execution of engineering roadmap and code delivery
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Risk teams for regulatory alignment
• Set long-term technical vision and architectural strategy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software development in distributed systems
• 5+ years managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders
• Track record of recruiting and retaining engineering talent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Identity domain (age assurance, compliance, fraud detection)
• Experience building global-scale distributed systems and fraud platforms
