Description

As a Growth Operations Analyst, you will support the Business Development team by analyzing data, managing Salesforce hygiene, defining governance structures, and building executive decks. You'll drive alignment across Growth, Engineering, Proposals, and Government Relations to hit growth targets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in operating, consulting, project management, or business development support role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Hyper-organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Analyze top-line data to identify business trends and enable data-backed decision making
• Own Salesforce hygiene and top-of-funnel process discipline
• Define and run governance structure for BD team and cross-functional partners
• Build compelling decks for external engagements and maintain presentation library
• Track BD team progress toward targets and ensure individual team members know what they need to hit
