Description

You will own the entire revenue lifecycle—from go-to-market strategy and new logo acquisition to customer expansion and building scalable systems. This hands-on role requires strategic leadership and direct execution, reporting to the CEO and driving revenue growth in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience scaling revenue in early-stage, high-growth startup
  • Track record of securing Fortune 500 clients through acquisition and expansion
  • Experience building and leading revenue functions end-to-end
  • Familiarity with martech ecosystems, AI concepts, and marketing data platforms
  • Comfort thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments alongside founders

Responsibilities

  • Own full revenue lifecycle: GTM strategy, new logo acquisition, customer expansion, renewals
  • Personally lead and close enterprise deals with $1M+ ACV
  • Drive revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and predictability
  • Build and scale revenue organization: sales, post-sales, and leadership hires
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to align roadmap with customer feedback
