You'll manage office operations and create a positive office culture for a tech-based construction company. You'll be the first point of contact for organizational questions, coordinate external service providers, and support executive assistance tasks. - Serve as first contact for team organizational questions
- Manage mail, packages, supplies, and visitor coordination
- Coordinate external service providers (cleaning, maintenance)
- Organize meetings, events, and executive calendar
๐ Requirements
- Commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in office management or hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (email, calendar)
- Excellent German and English communication skills
