You'll build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team for Devin, the first AI software engineer, at a cutting-edge AI startup. You'll own the western U.S. region, driving revenue from net new lands through expansions and renewals. This role offers the opportunity to establish playbooks and processes from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Hire and onboard top enterprise sales talent
- Coach team on navigating complex customer organizations
- Establish sales processes and deal strategies
- Partner with engineering and product for customer insights
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of sales exceeding quota
- 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams
- Sold deeply technical products to large organizations
- Executive presence to engage C-suite stakeholders
