You'll lead mixed-methods research to shape AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies at Clay, a high-growth B2B SaaS company backed by Sequoia. Your insights will directly influence roadmap decisions for features like AI agents and data enrichment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mixed-methods research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify research needs
• Drive strategic initiatives for AI/agents and enterprise features
• Build scalable research infrastructure for participant recruiting and insight sharing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX research experience in B2B SaaS or complex technical products
• Strong mixed-methods skills in qualitative and quantitative research
• Experience researching AI products or emerging technologies
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
