You'll own the full commercial relationship and customer success across 5 to 15 strategic accounts, building executive partnerships and driving long-term growth. You'll go deep with transformational enterprise accounts, advise on product integration and AI strategy, and own net revenue retention and cross-sell. This role combines technical product expertise with commercial ownership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own net revenue retention across a book of 5-15 strategic accounts
  • Drive cross-sell of ElevenLabs' expanding product suite
  • Lead renewals end-to-end with C-suite stakeholders
  • Advise on agent design, voice customization, and integrations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of Customer Success or Strategic Account Management in B2B SaaS or AI/ML
  • 3-5 years in a senior/strategic role with track record of personally driven NRR and expansion
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Strong technical aptitude with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs
