Description

As a Solutions Architect at MongoDB, you will guide customers in designing and building scalable, reliable systems using our data platform. You'll work with sales executives to solve business problems, win deals, and drive growth, while becoming a trusted advisor to users ranging from startups to enterprise IT organizations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years related experience, 2+ in customer-facing role
• 2+ years with modern scripting or programming languages (Python, Node.js, SQL, C++, Java, C#)
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud/on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team to drive account success and deal cycles
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
