You will manage multiple digital marketing projects from inception to completion, serving as the communications hub between clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables are on time, on budget, and high quality. You'll use Asana to coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading projects in a digital marketing agency
• Strong proficiency with Asana
• Bachelor's degree required
• Familiarity with digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, etc.)
• Excellent communication, conflict management, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent accounts and deliverables via Asana
• Create and execute deliverable plans, adapting to changing needs
• Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and communication
• Provide regular progress updates and risk management
• Identify process improvements and solutions
