Description

You will lead and scale the India-based Revenue Operations team, partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle. You will own core RevOps processes like forecasting, pipeline management, and territory alignment, and deliver actionable analytics to support global GTM execution.

Requirements

  • Proven leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise GTM motions and business process design
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to scale teams in a high-growth environment
  • Experience managing global account management and cross-functional alignment
  • Strong partnership skills with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Supply Chain
  • Ability to serve as bridge between global strategy and India execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build India-based Revenue Operations teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement
  • Partner with global RevOps leadership to execute revenue strategy and annual GTM planning
  • Own core RevOps processes: forecasting, pipeline management, territory/account alignment, quota deployment
  • Deliver actionable analytics and reporting for Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Manage, mentor and grow a team of analysts and operations managers
