Description

You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects on the Growth team, bridging engineering and business stakeholders. You'll manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, while coordinating data integrations and QA/UAT to ensure smooth client launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of healthcare (health systems, payers, life sciences).
• Experience with marketing technology stack: CRM (Salesforce), project management software (e.g., JIRA), data integrations (e.g., Workato, APIs, ETL).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, engineers, and QA teams.
• Manage RAID, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate data integrations and QA/UAT across client and Lirio systems.
• Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials.
