You'll design and build the internal platforms that power every team at the company, from People to Engineering. Your core impact is eliminating data silos and automating workflows through API-first integrations. You'll own systems end-to-end while mentoring others and influencing technical direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build internal platforms and tools for multiple teams.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
• Build API-first integrations across HRIS, CRM, and finance platforms.
• Implement AI/LLM-powered features to automate internal workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure) and containerization.
• Hands-on experience building API integrations with SaaS platforms like Workday or Salesforce.

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal or Airflow.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered features shipped to real users.
