Description

You will lead the development of technical strategy and roadmapping for space missions, collaborating with the Chief Engineer and Growth/Strategy leads. You'll oversee multi-disciplinary teams through all program phases, from proposals to on-orbit delivery, balancing new capabilities with existing technologies.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in architecting and delivering defense/IC satellite and space hardware/software systems
• Thorough understanding of current USSF and IC space systems and mission areas
• Ability to decompose complex systems into executable requirements and deliver on them
• Experience with spacecraft qualification and acceptance testing standards (GEVS, SMC-S-016)
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance

Responsibilities

• Drive technical expertise across spacecraft subsystems including bus and payloads
• Leverage strategic partnerships for new products to satisfy customer requirements
• Provide space industry expertise to refine Anduril Space and Orbital Systems strategy
• Generate technical inputs to proposals including engineering execution plans
• Perform mission and system level trade studies to balance risk, cost, and performance
