You'll ensure high availability and maximum uptime in SaaS environments by proactively monitoring infrastructure, applications, and network systems. You'll respond to alerts in real time, perform initial triage, and collaborate on continuous improvement of operational processes. This role offers the chance to work with enterprise-scale systems and strict SLA adherence in a fast-paced cloud environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor infrastructure using Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Sumo Logic, and CloudWatch.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, performing initial triage and troubleshooting.
• Execute routine operations like health checks, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Create and improve SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a NOC or Cloud Operations environment.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN concepts.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Sumo Logic.

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migrations.
