💼 About This Role

You'll perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts, supervising and training team members at a rapidly growing cookie company. You'll also support with ordering, inventory, and scheduling while ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers growth/promotion opportunities and a fun team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty when Store Ops Manager is absent
• Supervise, train, and coach 2-5 team members in sales and deliveries
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory, and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week including mid-to-late shifts
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible for employment in the US

• Prior POS systems experience
• Ability to use MS Office and Applicant Tracking System
