Description

You will drive new business acquisition in China's industrial biopharma and biotech sector, selling high-value CAPEX instruments into R&D, CMC, and manufacturing/QC environments. You'll build long-term customer relationships, manage dealer networks, and collaborate with application scientists to drive technical adoption and sales.

Requirements

• MSc in biochemistry, molecular biology, biophysics, or related field (PhD preferred)
• Proven technical selling experience with high-value analytical CAPEX equipment in life sciences
• Demonstrated success selling to industrial biopharma and biotech accounts
• Understanding of GMP and analytical instrumentation validation in manufacturing/QC
• Strong customer network in Chinese biopharma sector, especially Shanghai golden triangle

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote mass photometry products to industrial biopharma and biotech customers
• Assess customer needs and propose solutions across R&D, CMC, and manufacturing
• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships
• Train and support local dealers and channel partners
• Forecast opportunities in CRM system
