💼 About This Role

You'll lead a Data Platform team building the internal AI Factory for Safran.AI. You'll drive technical vision, scalability, and industrialization of the platform to support diversified AI use cases. This role offers the chance to shape a critical internal product in a high-growth, hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the Data Platform technical roadmap
• Manage and coach a team of 5-8 data engineers
• Ensure observability, traceability, and reliability of data applications
• Collaborate with AI, Software, and Infrastructure teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of back-end development experience in Python
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools (CI/CD, monitoring, logging)
• Experience with data pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow)
• Ability to coach and mentor engineers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ML platform or data platform development
• Knowledge of cloud/on-premise interoperability
• Familiarity with geospatial data (raster, video, PostGIS) or deep learning workflows
