💼 About This Role

You'll support both customer service and HR functions at Cicoil, a leading manufacturer of flexible flat cables. This role ensures timely order processing and efficient HR coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enter and process customer orders in ERP systems like Epicor
• Update and maintain customer records, portals, and order data
• Assist with job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire setup

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or HR coordination roles
• Experience with data entry, order processing, or HR administrative support
• Fluent in English and Spanish

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems
