💼 About This Role
You'll join a close-knit BDR team at Skello, a French scale-up becoming the leading HR solution for frontline teams in Europe. Your core impact is identifying, convincing, and winning qualified meetings to drive revenue growth in the Spanish market. Skello invests heavily in BDR training and coaching, with a clear path to a permanent contract upon hitting targets.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify companies in Spain that could benefit from Skello.
- Contact leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark interest.
- Understand their needs and show how Skello improves daily operations.
- Secure qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
📋 Requirements
- Completing studies with at least 5 months availability at 40h/week.
- Native Spanish speaker with understanding of local market.
- Previous customer-facing experience (sales, prospecting, service).
- Target-driven mindset with resilience and quick learning ability.

- Experience with BDR or outbound sales.
- Familiarity with HR or SaaS products.
- Track record of exceeding targets.

📨 Hiring Process
30-min video call with Talent Acquisition, then a 30-min business interview with Team Leader, and a final 30-min interview with General Manager including a case simulation.
