Description

You will manage international shipments, oversee 3PL invoice lifecycle, support customs clearance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-reduction and efficiency in global logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
• 3-5+ years supply chain experience in CPG environment with 3PL management
• Deep understanding of international trade lanes, incoterms, and ocean/air freight
• Strong Excel skills; NetSuite experience preferred
• Organized with ability to balance multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of international shipments across all modes of transit, including ERP data entry
• Monitor partners against KPIs and SLAs (on-time deliveries, pick-ups, invoice accuracy)
• Gather and review raw performance data for actionable insights
• Oversee automated 3PL invoice lifecycle, approvals, and carrier payment compliance
• Act as key stakeholder in customs clearance operations
