Description
You will own the execution, performance, and growth of paid social and paid media campaigns, working closely with account leadership to drive client business success. You'll manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and provide data-driven insights and strategy to clients.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1-2 years in an agency setting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Response marketing (E-Commerce, Lead Gen, or B2B)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for direct response
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy)
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of performance marketing via paid social and paid media platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads)
- Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals
- Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes
- Own strategic communication internally for client teams
- Execute performance reporting and present insights with clear next steps
