You will lead Motional's real estate and facilities management, overseeing company-owned and leased properties, coordinating vendors, and aligning workplace strategy with organizational goals. This onsite role in Las Vegas involves managing broker relationships, site selection, portfolio planning, and property transactions to support operational scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years managing commercial real estate leasing selection process
• 10+ years facilities/property management experience
• 10+ years supervisory or management experience
• Proficient in Google Apps and MS Office; familiarity with Oracle preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead broker, vendor, and real estate partner relationships
• Oversee property due diligence, site assessments, and feasibility reviews
• Conduct market intelligence and site selection activities
• Manage portfolio strategy aligned with workforce planning and operational scaling
• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for workplace initiatives
