Description
You will manage and sell Renaissance Learning's products and services within a defined territory, driving revenue through new business, renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities. You'll serve as the primary customer contact to enhance loyalty and retention while collaborating with Customer Success and Account Executive teams. Occasional travel in ND, SD, and NE is required.
Requirements
- Meaningful sales experience
- Deep knowledge of K-12 education space (public, private, parochial)
- Understanding of K-12 district/school purchasing processes and funding
- Technical knowledge of ed tech tools and trends
- Build credibility through accuracy, expertise, and market insights
Responsibilities
- Manage opportunities: drive new business, cross/up-sell, and renewals by engaging decision-makers
- Grow assigned book of business to exceed revenue goals
- Consultative solution selling aligned to customer strategic objectives
- Close business by leading account team and partners
- Leverage K-12 education domain expertise to understand customer needs
