• Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across channels using AI workflows
• Drive enterprise lead generation focusing on pipeline quality and conversion
• Design, test, and iterate growth hypotheses independently with data-driven decisions
• Translate product positioning into high-performing ad creatives for enterprise audiences

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing with full campaign ownership
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Demonstrated ability to generate and optimize B2B or enterprise leads
• Solid understanding of enterprise and B2B buyer journeys
