💼 About This Role

You'll provide telehealth therapy to patients during the antepartum and postpartum periods as part of a multidisciplinary care model. You'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat maternal mental health conditions while collaborating with pelvic health PTs, lactation consultants, and doulas. This role offers the flexibility to set your own hours and grow with a passionate team focused on advancing women's health.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth for parenthood journey patients.
• Evaluate functional needs, diagnose mental disorders, and administer treatment programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Document progress in HIPAA-compliant EHR and maintain patient confidentiality.

📋 Requirements

• Must be a licensed mental health provider (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, etc.) in Illinois.
• PMH-C certification is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a patient-facing role.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 hours of client care per week.
